Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can browse farms and produce near you without signing in. You only sign in (with your phone number) when you place an order.
Can I order from more than one farm at once?
In v1, each order is from a single farm so delivery stays fast and fresh. Adding produce from a second farm starts a new cart โ we'll ask first.
How fast is delivery?
Most Lagos orders are delivered the same day by a local rider. You can track your order status live from your orders page.
How do I pay?
Pay by card, bank transfer, or USSD at checkout โ or choose pay-on-delivery. Your order is only confirmed once payment is verified.
Can I get a refund?
If your order is wrong, damaged, or doesn't arrive, contact us within 24 hours and we'll issue a full refund or replacement.
How do I become a farmer on ShopiFarms?
Tap 'Sell', verify your phone, then describe your farm by voice or text โ we draft your store and listings, you edit and publish. It takes a few minutes.
